The 1930s Tatra 77 was also extremely aerodynamic, and (in my opinion) one of the best looking cars of all time:
The plan is obviously for obscenely rich people to get everything while we get fuck all.
I’m sure the engine enjoyed that.
What do you mean by “one of our steam locomotives?”
Let us also not forget the intriguing Rumpler Tropfenwagen.
Good news!
The chap obviously loves both his work and the locomotives.
When I worked at a bookstore with great bosses, I always referred to it as “my store.” His “our” could of course just mean “the locomotives who belong to my place of work,” but given the caek and all, I don’t think so
I just sat here, mouth agape when the car was shown outdoors. Incredible.
The little speed shapes’ base colors I liked best are (in order) the Hunter Green, Supermarine Blue, and Anthracite. Nice of them to show the speed shapes outdoors, too. I don’t think I’ve seen them do that before.
I think it’s even worse: there is no plan, not even an evil one.
It’s seeming more and more to me like the plan is simply for Tramp to dominate the world, or as much of it as he can, while everyone else “kisses his ass.” If so, surely someone or some group will get fed up enough to say no in some way that topples him, hopefully soon.
Wow. I’m having some trouble with the idea that someone bought a Jaguar and then did… that… to it. A Kia, maybe, but a Jaguar?
I’ve been a little surprised at how much press coverage that non-functional concept robot from Kawasaki has been getting considering that you can already buy some pretty capable, rideable robots from Chinese companies today:
It seems pretty damn unlikely that Kawasaki will follow through and even build a functional prototype, let alone bring it to market. And why are these Japanese auto companies still pushing hydrogen so hard? If that was ever going to get widely adopted as a fuel that would have happened by now.
A car maintenance question. My ac is fine - but at 4 years old - should I get an ac “tune up”.
There’s nothing wrong with the ac as far as I know. But do they clean/lubricate things etc and increase the time between needed repairs? Or is it one of those things you only have looked at if it has a problem?
