In addition to improperly charging auto loan customers with fees and interest, the bank wrongfully repossessed vehicles in some cases.

Good news!

Over 15 years ago my wife had a car loan from them. They ripped us off, double-charged fees, and repossessed the car in a very shady unprofessional manner. Over the years since then so far we’ve gotten 2 settlement checks from them. Wonder if we’ll get a third from this round?

Unfortunately, $3.7 billion is pretty trivial to them. They make that much every quarter from their illegal scams.

:joy: I was just posting this on another thread when I saw your post.

Normally I hate Disney for the legal tricks they pull, but I’ve got to give them credit for that one. Who else but Disney’s lawyers would’ve thought of using the king of England to defeat Desantis?
