So this means they are actually collecting the tariffs now? Last I heard there was no one actually collecting them because Muskrat had fired all the departments who would have organized said collection.

Zero Trumps period. Not just Donald. No one in that family has served. Hell, his grandfather emigrated to the US to avoid conscription in the German military. That family has a long tradition of not serving.
