Trump and his people have finally realized that they can just do whatever the fuck they want. If the things they do get struck down, who cares, nothing will happen. If they don’t, it’s a win.
The laws in place that they are breaking don’t really define any or consequences, and it will take time for these things to work their way through the courts anyway. If the courts do say it’s illegal, then what? Trump can’t get punished outside of impeachment, and what will the people who were wronged m get? Maybe back pay or their jobs back, but at a hell of a cost.
He’s the guy who wanted all schools to play his little video simping for Trump and praising the ten commandments in the classroom? What a cruel, stupid asshole.

On Monday, they attempted to visit a local school here in a Chicago suburb. They were sent away so instead visited a local Mexican grocery and then ice cream store. The area has a VERY large Mexican and other immigrant population. They literally just sat in their SUVs in shared driveways (these are townhomes with a line of 4 garages in a row) or stood outside talking with their ICE vests on. I have family who live in the area and despite them being naturalized citizens for at least a decade, I’m worried as hell for them.
The teachers at the local high school have been told they cannot provide information about the raids (i.e. info on your rights, what to do) as they are public servants and that would be seen as political and grounds for immediate termination.
As he did during his first term, he’s seeking to hurt while deporting, not getting the career criminals his cult claims they are deporting.
Inefficient. They should just have a ceremony to baptize all deceased humans, Neanderthals and denesovians while baptizing all living and pre-living humans.
Though I guess going one at a time increases the income stream.
