No, I don’t think he does. As the designated successor he’d get some followers, of course, but once the corpse has started to catch up with trump’s loathsome odor I think most of the cockroaches will scurry back into the darkness. Everyone has heard of Charles Manson, but who’s heard of Bruce Davis? (I had to look up “manson’s second in command” to get a name.)
While I still see trump as more of a symptom of the rotten core of Republicanism, he’s still undeniably a draw for a certain type of person that I think makes up the majority of the current base. Yeah, they’re hateful bigots, but they mostly can’t be bothered to do more than whine and complain. There are always a few exceptions, but they’re not the bulk of the feces pile. Once the shiny object that is trump and his kayfabe has stopped attracting their attention, I think most of the supporters will go simply lose interest.
The big issue is if the rest of the avalanche has too much momentum built up first. Even without the dancing money, that can still destroy so much of the country (world?) before it fizzles out.

Sebastian Gorka is one of the most vile humans I have ever come across. A life-long confirmed out-and-out fascist to anyone with eyes to see. He is also rather cleverer than some of them, at least insofar as his approach to being interviewed on radio or TV is concerned. He has fully digested the fascist media training bible. One of the few people whose mere appearance on my screen makes me want to throw bricks at it.
If anyone can bear it, see his recent interview on BBC 2’s Newsnight with Victoria Derbyshire.
ETA Here - iIf you’re feeling lethargic, this will get your blood boiling. But Victoria gives almost as good as she gets.

There isn’t one. At it’s root Karen is a criticism that is allowed of white people because it attacks women. If it attacks white men… it doesn’t catch on.
We don’t have a word for that, do we? I assure you I don’t. Never thought of such a word. But since we all decide how much bullshit to put up with in a day I’ve held my nose for the term and eaten it because god knows there are worse words for other women.

It’s not as if there aren’t many men acting this way, as if they own the truth and the world. I think you use the word entitled, which doesn’t translate well in my language.
I think people are more picky about the Karens in our world because, despite being annoying, they end up being just a nuisance, as people tend to perceive them as powerless. Karen men often escalate their tantrums to violence and some people think it is ok.

They will blame absolutely anyone but Trump for the ills and beg for more. You don’t even have to go back more than a few months for dozens of examples. His administration has been on a warpath of self-harm since it started.
