From yesterday:
From today:
Our kid loves when Chewy sends birthday cards for each of our cats. They sent a condolences card when I moved the Old Manâs profile to the memorial page
Didnât know you could do that, Iâll let my wife know.
Chewy sent flowers to our daughter once. They seem like a decent company.
It didnât help that the cat on the front was all white.

I take that back, she did know but she couldnât bring herself to do move his profile, it was too final.
They were fantastic recently when about 20% of my order was dented cans. They replaced much more than that very quickly after just an email. They also refunded an expensive case of kidney food that Old Man just refused to eat. Which at the time was quite the life saver given our monetary situation
There is a button at the bottom of a kittyâs profile to memorialize a profile.
Edit because he is sitting there staring at me
Is there maybe a mouse in there? (sorry)
Honestly⌠could be? Weâve had small lizards get in and field mice (but for them, only in the basement). Itâs next to an outdoor wall (the side with the vent) and the other is a closet wall (which is also an outside wall).
Keep an eye, I guess. I had a couple get in last year. One parked under the fridge (never did get that one, and it eventually disappeared) and one went into the basement where it ended up having a close encounter with a trap. I tried a humane trap, but had no success.
The cats knew about the squirrel in the attic long before we did. The way they kept staring at the ceiling prompted us to check thoroughly
@mindysan33 was the kitty scrabbling the wall or acting like they were chasing something? Coulda just been a spider or sky raisin
Thay are. We had an auto delivery and we canceled it after our last guy died. They sent another delivery of food since the cancelation came close to the next delivery and after we called Chewy, they refunded our money and told us to donate the food to our local animal shelter.
Yeah, been there. Thatâs the hazard of memberships like that.
I can verify that. Three members of one of my partnerâs family worked there for a few years and they still speak well of the experience. For a job thatâs mostly phone support, itâs very rare to hear that from the staff.
It looks like Boone chomped part of my chromebookâs charger; the bit that plugs into the device. He was chewing on something this morning in his bed, and I couldnât identify it; some bits of plastic, both white and black and some metal, that looked like maybe it was from a pen or mechanical pencil, but I keep those out of reach, from experience. I found the likely victim when I went to charge up the chromebook. Fortunately, I have another, newer device, but it has a smaller screen and the sound is poorer quality. So Iâll have to see if I can find a plug for the charger, which I already had to replace about a year ago.
And he is sleeping like an angel.
A well-earned rest after defending hoomans from scrrysnek.
âNo, please. Continue. Youâre doing great.â
AnnnnnnnnnnnnndddâŚTuxie hit puberty! My little kitten is a queen now. I wondered why sheâd been more affectionate than usual, but hadnât âassumed the positionâ iykwim, until today.
Release the Kraken?
Good luck; itâs going to be a noisy couple of weeks for you.
