Is she purring aggressively at you? Her expression reminds me of when Ravs does that. she wants something so she stands close by, stares at you intently, and purrs really loud

her facial expression is a factor of her old age. Chili is nearly 20 years old and about a year ago, the right side of her mouth started to droop. asked her vet if she had had a stroke or if there was a problem with her teeth. vet informs us that, no, it is neither. apparently, while kittehs can have strokes, it does not appear like in a person, who might get a face droop. also, her teeth are fine. she’s just old lady.
but, yeah, she’s purring and staring. she loves to just stare at me. aggressively.

Was out there feeding the stray cat today. I wasn’t able to scoop it up and take it to the animal center this week but we’ve made plans to do so next friday. Also the cat just ate, was lying down by the side patio that leads to the backyard and i could hear something unusual up in our oak tree. I realized it was a crow mimicking a dog bark, and it was trying to scare the cat into leaving the area
