I never thought of that! It is very visible.
A common refrain in my house.
One of Lewisâ (orange) alternate names is Floofmeister Supreme.
As long as he doesnât knock it over!
We had a siamese cat who ate pine needles (and threw up) so my parents got a fake tree. He ate that too (and threw up).
He also ate tinsel (and etc.)
Itâs a pretty large tree relative to the cat, but hopefully he canât overturn it.
Itâs all about the base you use.
nobody believes it when i tell them, but i swear itâs true: our cats donât care about the little (aluminum) tree we put up. the ornaments donât attract them like toys, they donât get excited about the lights or the reflections, and they donât try to climb it or anything. they are more excited about the PROCESS of putting it up than by the actual thing. at least the process involves lots of boxes and crinkly paper. they are good kitties.

Addendum: She slept next to me on my bed last night!

âOh. Itâs you.â
âGoing back to sleep now.â
Actually, I posted them out of chronological order. I had just placed her on my bed to see if she would stay there.
Which she didnât.
BREAKING NEWS:
Sugarplum knows what the litter box is for now!
A betta! Canât tell from the photo: is it one of the turquoise ones? I love the shimmer they have.
Heâs a very dark blue. Iâm relieved for that because the first one we got died and I was able to replace him in short order, as there were many blue fish.
Hence the name!
