Here you go:
Set A is a proper subset of Set B where Set B is the set of all women. Set A has additional selection criteria and is defined as the set of all trans women.
Let B = All Women
Let A = All trans women
∴ A ⊊ B
In other words, all trans women are women, but not all women are trans.

To be fair, I’d be all for suing someone if they were refusing to sell to a group of people – race, religion, queer, whatever. Unless we’re missing information this is refusing to sell to Alan Dershowitz and I’m also very much for that!
