The hallmark of a careful decision made by a person concerned with justice of course being that they use the insipid Make America X Again branding, all capitalized, that the reality TV Führer loves to see everywhere. 
For the record, the exec shouldn’t actually have had the death penalty either, although he was much closer. He deserved life in prison with all his ill-gotten assets taken away. Civilized countries don’t use the death penalty.
