Wow… I’ve only just started listening to the hearing video, and right from the start… the GOP lawyer evidently made multiple attempts to contact the judge directly with text messages and phone calls, at a personal contact number, ahead of the hearing. He takes pains to make it clear that he did not read or listen to any of that because it’d be ex parte communications.
What!!! I hope there’s some serious professional sanctions in that lawyer’s future. You don’t do that
They’re still trying this stupid argument, attempting to say that absentee ballots need to be treated the same way as advance voting:
