Cool and super weird!
You want more? Search “medical museum dc” for images. Man, they got weird stuff there, with the additional advantage that a lot of it is real.
Or, if you’re in the DC area, visit in person. I dare you.
Chicago and Philly would like to have a word:

Agreed, back in 80s there was a local punk band, 9353 that supposedly took their name from their favorite exhibit there. Me and my dopey friends used to hang out at that museum when we had nothing better to do.
They were my personal favorite band in DC and didn’t follow Ian MacKaye’s straight edge philosophy.
And their best song:
Look at the yearbooks, where are they all now
And why they wandered where they did if they’re not around
I will look and look and track them all down
And maybe I’ll feel better when the last one is found
3000 names on a hit list
Schools are bigger these days, there’s so much more to accomplish
It’s not a small town 1950’s thing
There’s more than 39 people’s whereabouts to obtain
And I can’t compensate for what is real
You are all responsible for the way that I feel
The after-effects were never part of the deal
The more I look back at them the worse I feel

Without reading the article, I’d venture that the main takeaway is that the Welsh Vole is being hunted to extinction because their sparkly poop is the main source of glitter. I hope you are happy, preteens and glitter bombers!
Can a species be classified as Justifiably Extinct?
Sure, but I’d trade the glitter-pooping vole for the Floridian Republican in a heartbeat.
If you miss it, just wait a year

Love how briefly he just glosses over the fact that the algorhythm under discussion sees this
as a fucking banana. I mean,

Could actually be cool.
those lenses would be very cool.
i wonder though, how would something like this work on my biggest night vision problem - driving at night? our roads are not well lit, and the oncoming traffic on the overseas hiway is blinding with the glare at night.
