One commenter suggests it’s AI. But I can believe jr would do it.

Lampreys are really disgusting animals.

Wow, I suppose I need to verify this is not AI-generated. Thanks for a heads up.

It’s just weird enough for him to be doing…

There are a bunch of different pictures but that doesn’t mean anything. Let us know if you can figure out whether it’s AI or not. Other than too many fingers I’m not sure I’d know.

Kennedy also may have dined on a barbecued dog in 2010 while in Korea, according to Vanity Fair. That was the same year that he received his dead brain worm diagnosis.

Does “dead” refer to the worm or his brain?

Yes.

The Daily Beast article is plausible to me, and includes more photos and a link (that I didn’t click) to an X tweet where RFK apparently boasts about it.

Edit: I see others amongst us are discussing other pieces on this whackadoolery here:

When replacing German characters, I think it helps that Germans on American TV tend to be very blond, just like Danes on German TV.

If you’ll ignore a string of cliches, what’s the over / under on RFK jr Darwinning himself with one of his medical “hold my beer” moments?

In 20000 Leagues under the Sea whaler Ned Land says that lampreys are an acquired taste. That seems plausible enpugh to me, speaking as someone who can’t imagine ever wanting to acquire it.

Lampreys (and hagfish) are a gift to science – there are so many things we would never know about early vertebrate evolution if they had not survived. So I guess can appreciate them. But I don’t want dead ones in my mouth and I definitely don’t want live ones on my arm. :frowning:
