I received a newsletter from Doctors Without Borders and in the last issue they brought an article highlighting the work of Clowns Without Borders, a group of artists who perform for children in places like refugee camps, field hospitals, cities near the battlefront.
A Brazilian rock band sings that people don’t just want food, they (we) want fun and art. Not just food, but drink and ballet. They are right, In addition to food, they want pleasure to alleviate pain. It’s good that there are people who take other types of food whenever possible.
I read about a man who looks a lot like an ugly beluga who promised help to several people who lost everything. These people believed and at the moment of truth, they realized that they would have to pay money to receive alms.
