And support businesses owned by POC, especially WOC and LGBTQ+ people.
Yup! That’s what some have been calling the buy-cott, promoting those companies that made a point of supporting DEI. Buying local and supporting marginalized groups is a key part of that movement.
It reads to me like a total “we’re going to show you WOKE libturds”. I doubt the person who created this is ignorant of the meaning of today’s spending boycott.
Having read a lot of similar commentary, I beg to differ. I mean, that’s possible, but virtually all of the consevative commentary I’ve read consists of laughing at stupid woke libs who supposedly don’t realize that such a boycott will have little if any impact on corporate profits. Your readings of such commentary may vary, of course.
Given Costco’s position on this, that would not be a problem!
“Save the children… for us.”

Similar measures explicitly seeking to reverse the Obergefell decision have been introduced in Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota. The Idaho House passed its resolution last month by a vote of 46-24, and the North Dakota House passed its measure Monday, 52-40.
Lawmakers in at least four additional states — Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas — introduced bills that don’t refer to Obergefell but that would, if they are signed into law, create a category for marriage called “covenant marriage” that would be only for one man and one woman.
I use my phone to go to sleep by listening to BBC radio comedies… Yes I have grey in my beard and I still need bed time stories…
Great idea, great to here it works for you. I wish i could develop that kind of self-control.
“Tastes like boot.”
At random, I ran across this from 2016:
Video is cued to 3:16 where we have:
Watch, as this infamous super-criminal challenges the Man of Steel with an overly-complicated plot that involves using missiles and earthquakes to destroy California, so he can turn a bunch of desert property he purchased into beachfront real estate. Dude, if I wanted to see an industrialist with a bad wig talk about real estate, I’d watch the presidential debates. (cut to Trump) Ha-ha-ha. Zing! Uhg.
