This is exactly the reason why they donât let me in bookstores anymore.
I can see how the issue is a global one, but Iâm confused as to why this lawyer seems to think the world would be reliant on the US First Amendment, except, of course, in cases like his example where the US is involved.

I think itâs the blot of red sealing wax depicted on one cover. I had a similar issue with a sewing book from the 1940s; the cover had a scissor cut, meant to depict cut fabric - but the main color was black, and the color in the cut was red, so it looked bloody.
But . . . itâs a book!
