Well this is interesting

My neck hurts just looking at that.

Especially considering how few cervical vertebrae giraffes have.

They have the same number of cervical vertebrae as humans and half as many as owls.

This is real and rather interesting.

Ah, gotta keep re-design costs low. But I bet the cervical disks are thicker (or more elastic) for more flexibility. As someone knowing nothing about it.

WHAT…WHAT IS THIS MAGNIFICENT THING?

And if I really honestly truly believed in reincarnation, I’d like to think I was Harpo; or maybe Gracie Allen or Peter Lorre (they all died the year I was born), lol.

I found this when going through things…migawd, there’s still soooooo much…
But wow…26 years later this month. WHERE DOES THE TIME GO? (is there a “Maudlin” badge, lol?)

And those are indeed real Sharpie autographs. I remember saying to Mr. Dorn that my mom loved him on “ChIPs” (well, she did!) too, and he gave me a weird look. Tee hee! I used to dress up as an STTOS Klingon.

Perhaps all three.

Would that be possible?

Normally I’m a live-and-let-live kind of guy, but mosquitos are definitely one of the exceptions.

To the guillotine with all of them!

I like the idea of guillotining 30 at a time. For some reason.

Given the trillions (quadrillions? more?) of mosquitoes out there, I think 30-at-a-time is grossly insufficient.

While trying to come up with an accurate number…

Mosquitoes are cosmopolitan (world-wide): they are in every land region except Antarctica and a few islands with polar or subpolar climates. Iceland is such an island, being essentially free of mosquitoes.

Sold!

Guillotine is the best

I was thinking of insects that are even worse than mosquitoes . . .

Yeah, but they’d need to reconfigure it in order to support horse-flies or deer flies.

And that still wouldn’t be nearly enough guillotines.

I was thinking the entire Trump administration

Well, that’s what I was thinking, but I bet @nimelennar is playing us.

Heck, why limit it to 2 1 dimensions.

I have too much free time.

Edit. Geesh, I’m getting my numbers of dimensions mixed up. That’s as bad as when I got relativity backwards in a story draft.

It’s more likely to be used on “undesirables” to provide morality meat for America’s richest citizens.
