I take great comfort in knowing that humanity doesn’t actually have the advanced resources or tech needed to terraform Mars in the next several lifetimes, and that any attempt to fulfill their fantasies will likely end horribly for them.

Yeah, the law school was renamed the Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University in 2016. That was done after a $30M donation from the Koch Foundation and an anonymous donor. It has definitely attracted a certain type ever since.
