From what i know it is understood that the lack of social bonds creates an environment where people are more divisive, have poorer mental health, and live shorter lives. But ironically most modern conveniences that are presented to consumers highlights and pushes how less interactions with people is a benefit.
As an antisocial i am painfully aware that i need to increase my sociability rather than lessen it. It’s been a big struggle to change that for me and i hate that younger generations might end up feeling even lonelier.
Anyway to watch this without installing the IG app?
