Yup. Same with that subset of welfare case workers who are asses. I once taught a special programme to get people to finish their high school diploma and OFF welfare, and these case workers would schedule meetings with my adult students for the middle of class – knowing full well (or at least they should have) that it was an accelerated programme and therefore attendance rules were very strict.
