plot twist: They are a specialty bakery that only sells muffins. And the “cat area” is the whole shop.
plot-twist-twist1: They are not actually a bakery at all, but they do have an aggressive, monomaniacal cat, and the Muffin Disclaimer flyer acts as a sort of shrinkwrap-EULA granting the youtuber secretly filming your assault a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use your likeness for any purpose whatsoever. They are sure that they will shortly become the next Grumpy Cat.
