I think he was trying to “brown nose,” but missed.
Hmm, I think I need a chaser of something sillier.
Oh dear.
Biscuit-makin’!`
Should be watching?
Ummm…I dunno…why do you ask?
Oops, I left out a word. It should be “Should we be watching?”

It comes from an old Shelley Berman routine, where he talks about not liking buttermilk. He said some people who like buttermilk, really love buttermilk, to the point that he just shouldn’t be watching.
Anyone ever seen either one? I didn’t see the 1967 version until maybe 40 years later; of COURSE, I watched the 1974 version on TV and was heartily disappointed.
Both have flashing due to the subject matter, especially the 1974 one.
Watched both. Disappointed.
Which is more disappointing, the '74 Wonder Woman or the '90 Captain America?
Or late 1970s Spider-Man?
And I’ll see your '90s Cap and raise it to a 1970s Cap:
Not even amused?
But that’s Reb “Blast Hardcheese” Brown!
This is great! The 1970s was such a weird time. SPOILER: Howard Cosell tells Tim Matheson that he’s “an understated Chevy Chase.” HA!
Migawd, I forgot how totally obnoxious Howard Cosell was.
I loved reruns of that show as a kid, but that trailer doesn’t do it many favors.
Mr. Cotter and Laverne vs Kojak at tug of war.
Now that’s entertainment!
Here’s the entire episode.
