Where is “Rom”? The other city names seem to be mostly just bad placement and mistakes in the pointers; mistakes I can at least interpret and see what they meant. But “Rom”?

Also: The updated borders are intriguing. Austria and Switzerland have merged, Croatia seems to now have a couple breakaway states, and Slovenia has merged with Hungary.

Reminds me of Ohio 2.
