What the hell are āforms?ā Red tape? Complexity of social or institutional structures? If we wanted to reduce complexity, Iād vote for getting rid of shell companies, loopholes in taxes that let the rich pay no taxes, financial āinstrumentsā that serve no purpose but to enrich the already rich, etc.
