Thank you for letting her adopt you!
I can’t tell how many vertebrae Trelane has in his tail, but he does look like a bunny when it’s up!

Boone had to have minor emergency surgery yesterday; he snapped off a nail at the quick, so the vet had to prune it. He’s now wearing a cone because he is fussing with his toe, so the cone had to go on. By his reaction, I don’t think he’s ever had a one on before; he just seems befuddled and confused and won’t settle down. And it looks like he can still reach his toe to fuss at at.
Poor puppers…
He keeps getting stuck on corners, the edge of his bed, etc. and just stands there, looking sad.
Ah… poor thing!
He’s settled down now, and is sleeping. Having a dream. The vet says the cone has to stay on for a few days.
Bigwig has to wear the orange slice for another nine days.
Poor kitty!
It’s much better than the C.o.S. though. It’s nice and soft, so he uses it as a pillow when he’s curled up.
How does he handle drinking? We tried the slice once and it got completely saturated on the bottom. Had to go back to C.o.S. after that
We have an automatic fountain, gifted to us by the same angel who has been helping us with the felines. It’s 6"/15.5 cm tall. We got it the same day he got neutered, so he prolly would’ve gone through the same problem; and, we would’ve eventually figured that putting the dish on a platform of some such that wouled be that height.
And, I dunno if anyone else knew this, but I never thought of it, lol: Putting the CoS on backward, kind of like a stiff plastic poncho.
It does look much more comfortable; I must see if there are dog versions available.
They do but they are constructed differently.

Thanks!
You’re most welcome!
One Saturday night I had taken an edible. After it kicked in I just relaxed back and watched a YouTube playlist I have for the purpose. Ramon decided this was a great time to cuddle up and drape across my shoulder, becoming a boneless kitty.
He really likes getting scritches to the music of whatever I’m watching. I’m not sure how long he was there, but looking at the play history, I see at least three that were about 10 minutes long and he was there much longer than that.
It’s sure good to know the cats won’t take advantage of me being stoned. (My nesting partner pointed out that the cats are happy to take advantage of me anytime!)
Super cute
I’m so proud of my friend Debra. She just won her Buy It Now show episode for her dog feeder Fluff Trough. Here she is pitching (it’s just 90 seconds).
She was REALLY into Pork Chop.
She did great during the pitch. I’d buy her product if we still had our dog. (An aside, that first doggie is almost a perfect match for our lovely Pocus. She lives on!)
I teared up at the end. RIP Porkchop
