Exclusive: US to offer Ukraine security-for-resources fund sharing agreement
US to offer bilateral agreement giving it co-management role over the country’s resources in exchange for a long-term financial commitment to the reconstruction of the country after the war, according to the draft agreement seen by Euronews.

My guess is that Zelensky is hoping that the US regime will come to its senses a few years from now and cancel collecting on that agreement. Right now Zelensky is trying to find any way to put a wedge between fuckface and Putin.
Grotesque. Extortion.
I was dismayed when I heard the news earlier. But Zelensky is a smart man; a strategic thinker, a much smarter person than Trump, so I hope he has an angle he’s working.
Hopefully he has learned by observing the orange clown.
- Work out a deal with Turmp to provide support to Ukraine.
- Stall until the US and the EU countries have supplied enough weapons and ammunition to push Russia out of all Ukraine.
- Get NATO membership.
- Renege on the deal (“so unfair”) and tell Turmp to get stuffed.
Reading this just does not do it justice. They played the whole thing on CNN a little bit ago and it was simply bonkers.
It all started when JD Vance interjected and began brow beating Zelenskyy. He “asked” several questions in rapid fire to which Zelenskyy responded with something to the effect of, “you’ve just asked me several questions, let’s start with the first one …” and before he could get a few words in Trump began brow beating and bullying Zelenskyy. For the next 10 minutes it was Trump and Vance basically yelling at, accusing, gas lighting, and generally being dicks to Zelenskyy. Zelenskyy could barely get two words in. Trump and Vance kept chastizing Zelenskyy for “never thanking them” like a bunch of petulant 5 year olds mad that they gave their friend a piece of chewing gum and the gesture wasn’t properly acknowledged. Trump in particular blamed everybody for Putin invading Ukraine including Obama, Joe and Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, and Zelenskyy himself. Trump said repeatedly that Zelenskyy better do a deal “or else”.
Like I said, it was absolutely bonkers.
Trump promised to make a deal, by which he means capitulate to Putin, and since Zelenskyy won’t do that now the important thing is to pin the whole failure on him. Disgusting thugs.
