This was the biggest local news (around local politics anyway) after Gov Kemp’s speech… Here is WABE’s coverage…
I’m not surprised at what district he represents, which is the far north corner of GA right to the line with both AL and TN… a deeply, deeply red portion of the state.

Holy shit, that is disgusting! Two possibilities come to mind: Either the restaurant in question has enemies trying to shut it down, or (and after reading the complete article, I lean this way) the owners are racist pieces of shit. Cannot say I understand, I do assume the owners of an Ethiopean restaurant would be Black, but that does not rule out racism. I have seen, especially in fairly recent immigrants, a willingness to adopt the “majority” view that American Black folks are lazy, dumb, etc, etc. But whatever, this is unspeakably vile. I wish they had not posted the pic of the flyer. The description was bad enough.

He didn’t take advantage of her. He raped her. He got her so drunk she needed a wheelchair to get back to the hotel room. Then he raped her.
I hate it when people use the phrase " take advantage of her" when what happened was rape. She wasn’t overcharged for a coffee or scammed on rooftop solar.
