To combine the two perhaps a pickled egg fountain would work?
I tried to find an authentic picture of a dusty jar of grey sludge and floaty bits but big chicken seems to have removed them.

:smiley: Many Western composers were influenced by Gamelan music. One example, it being absolutely wild and fun, is Olivier Messiaen’s Turangalîla-Symphonie—his “ode to joy”—with its commissioned composition starting in 1946, perhaps celebrating the end of WWII. The symphony is worth a listen if only for the use of the Ondes Martenot. Here’s a small cut from the near 1.5 hour symphony:

Never heard that phrase before, and can’t find it with a quick search: what is a watermelon tabby? Is it what I would know as a mackerel tabby?
